Gently remove any makeup to ensure maximum effectiveness. 2. Apply your preferred serum to your face and neck to help the device glide over your skin.3. Long press the On/Off button to turn on the device.4. Short press the On/Off button to select your desired LED light setting (Red, Blue or Pink).5.
